Delivery and returns

We deliver only to mainland Spain. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Delivery costs €6.90 for orders below €350 and is free for orders of €350 or more. The minimum for free delivery is based on the products total, excluding delivery charges. Maximum delivery time: 48 hours, including weekends and public holidays. Collection is free from our warehouse: Carrer Santander, 49-51, unit 7, 08020 Barcelona. Collection hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00; Friday, 09:00–13:00.

Commercial returns for a change of mind: you may request a return within 15 calendar days of receipt. The product must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging. Commercial returns are not accepted after this period. This condition does not limit consumers’ statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty or incorrect products.

If you buy online as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason. Opening the packaging to inspect the product does not in itself remove this right; handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a loss of value for which you are responsible.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning defects or errors.

To notify us of a return, email sicrefinish@sicrefinish.com with your order number and products. Any unequivocal statement is sufficient for statutory withdrawal; using a form is not compulsory. You may use this template: “I notify you that I withdraw from the purchase of [products], order [number], received on [date]. Name, address and date of notification”.

The customer pays the direct return transport costs for a change of mind. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, SIC Refinish covers the applicable return costs. Contact our team to arrange the return; rights concerning defects or lack of conformity are not limited to 15 days.

For statutory withdrawal, send or hand over the product within 14 calendar days of notifying us, to Carrer Santander, 49-51, unit 7, 08020 Barcelona. We will refund the applicable amounts, including standard delivery charges, within 14 calendar days of notification using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
