To prepare a personalised workwear order, separate each role's needs from branding preferences. A clear list lets you review garments, sizes and design before confirming the quote.
Make a list by person or role
Specify garment type, size, quantity and colour. Add measurements if sizing is uncertain and check the manufacturer's chart. Do not assume every brand has the same fit.
Identify protection requirements separately
When a task requires protective clothing, communicate those requirements before selecting or customising the garment. Selection and any modification must follow the manufacturer's applicable instructions.
Prepare the logo and placement
Attach a legible file, colours and approximate size. Specify whether the design goes on the chest, back or sleeve. The technique and result will be reviewed for the garment and design, without assuming every combination is possible.
Confirm the order terms
Include the date you need the clothing and ask for the quote to specify garments, customisation, quantities and delivery terms. For aprons, see the guide to formats and fabrics.
