SIC REFINISH · BARCELONA
Personalised T-shirts for peñas and festival groups
Matching T-shirts help a peña, or local festival group, recognise one another during celebrations and keep a shared souvenir. A successful order takes more than choosing a picture: you need to agree on the garments, collect sizes and approve one final design. SIC Refinish helps you prepare that enquiry and review the personalisation.

Choose the T-shirt around how you will use it
A shirt for a single festival day is not the same choice as clothing you want to reuse at gatherings throughout the year. Explain whether it will be worn for outdoor activities, dancing, travel or regular use. Compare the fit and composition of the proposed models; no garment is the best option for every group.
If children and adults are taking part, list their models separately and ask whether they can be coordinated in the same colour. Shades may vary between product references. Before finalising the order, decide whether everyone wants the same cut or you need different options; do not assign sizes by age or habit alone.
A group design that is easy to read
Start with the group's name, the main image and the year, if you want it included. A long slogan, several logos and intricate artwork can compete for the same space. Try the design at its intended size on a background similar to the shirt colour and check that it can be understood from a distance.
Distinguish the shared design from individual names or nicknames. Confirm capital letters, accents and spelling in writing. Send a clear file, preferably a vector file where available, and make sure you have permission to use the artwork or brands you supply.
What affects the price of your T-shirts
The cost depends on the model, quantity and decoration: dimensions, colours, positions and individual personalisation. Do not compare a shirt with a small front design against one with printing on both sides and an individual name. Request an itemised quote so the group can decide which elements matter most.
Screen printing, transfers and other methods are assessed for the particular design and garment. No method is always the cheapest. The turquoise shirts pictured were produced by SIC Refinish for a charity tournament: their front and back layouts provide a reference when planning your own project.
Finalise the order before the festivities begin
Choose one person to collect sizes and approve the artwork. Set an internal deadline for changes and allow time to review the proposal before the event. Production and delivery times are confirmed for the specific order; enquiring early makes it easier to consider alternatives if a model is unavailable.
When the shirts arrive, check quantities by size and individual names before handing them out. Keep the approved design and garment reference for future enquiries. A small top-up order or a repeat order next year will need to be assessed again against availability and conditions.
Example: organising T-shirts for a group of 30 people
- Create one row per person with model, size, quantity and name or nickname if individual decoration is needed. If someone wants two shirts, record two units: the number of people and garments will not always match.
- If all 30 people request one shirt and 6 want a second, the total is 36 shirts. This is an example for checking the breakdown, not a minimum order or a special offer.
- Then group the quantities by model, colour and size. Check the sums against the individual list and keep one final version, rather than combining messages containing conflicting changes.
- Send that list with the design and festival date. Review the quote and approved layout before confirming; share the garment and decoration care instructions with the group.
