Choose a work fleece jacket with uniform layers, movement and care in mind. Before deciding by colour, compare fastening, measurements and pockets. If the role requires visibility or specific protection, check the model’s documentation: colour is no substitute for that check.
Zip, collar and pockets: start with how it will be used
A full zip lets you remove the garment without pulling it over your head. A high collar can be useful between layers, but check how it fits with the rest of the uniform. Consider whether pockets remain accessible and whether the fastening occupies the area where you want the logo.
If your business includes different roles, list each group’s needs. You can coordinate colours and customisation while choosing different layers for different tasks. A group photograph helps visualise the look, but does not replace checks on fit or protective requirements.
Two fleeces you can enquire about at SIC Refinish
| Model | Product sheet details | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| SIR Safety Comfort | 100% polyester, 310 g/m², full zip and reflective details. | Version, pockets, sizes and decoration options. |
| Velilla 183 | Two-tone high visibility fleece, 100% polyester, 280 g/m² and three zipped pockets. | Colour, size and protective documentation. |
Consult the product sheets for SIR Comfort and Velilla 183. Fabric weight expresses mass per area of fabric, rather than the whole garment’s weight or a direct warmth ranking. Catalogue details do not guarantee stock in every colour and size.

A reflective detail does not itself establish high visibility protection
If the job requires high visibility, provide the requirements before choosing. Confirm the reference, label and manufacturer’s documentation for the variant to be supplied. Yellow, orange or a shiny strip is not enough to establish a protection class.
The logo position must also be reviewed so that it does not cover areas needed for protection. Reflective details on the SIR Comfort do not automatically establish a high visibility class.
Getting the size right when wearing several layers
Compare measurements with a comfortable garment and consider what will go underneath. A T-shirt and a sweatshirt take up different amounts of space. Check arm reach, the zip when sitting and sleeve fit. Automatically ordering a size up does not solve every fit issue.
Use separate lines for size, colour and quantity. For example, 3 M and 5 L make eight garments in total, rather than eight of each size. This breakdown avoids confusion when comparing proposals.
Customising and caring for your fleece
Send the logo and intended position. The finish must be reviewed for the fabric and available area. For care, follow the garment label and decoration instructions: do not copy washing or drying temperatures from another garment simply because it is also polyester.
If you are organising workwear for a team in Barcelona, send your quotation request with models, sizes, colours and quantities. We will confirm the version and commercial terms. To compare another uniform layer, read about custom work sweatshirts.
