A personalised apron is part of your team's workwear and identity. To prepare a proposal, first define its use, the coverage you want and washing conditions. The technique for adding the logo is chosen after reviewing the garment.
Choose coverage and measurements
Compare short, long or bib aprons according to the task and movement required. Check the fit, pocket positions and each person's measurements. Branded clothing does not replace protective equipment when the job requires it.
Confirm fabric and care
Specify washing frequency and conditions. Ask for the fabric composition and garment instructions before choosing; appearance alone does not demonstrate durability or ease of care.
Prepare the customisation
Send your logo, colours, position and approximate size. Our team will review the appropriate technique and design feasibility before confirming a quote. Not every technique suits every fabric or finish.
Try the shape with a real task in a safe setting
| Situation | What to observe during fitting |
|---|---|
| Counter service | Whether you can reach everyday items without the bib or straps restricting movement. |
| Moving around the dining area | Whether the length allows comfortable walking and the pockets are easy to reach. |
| Seated work | Whether fabric gathers or fastenings become uncomfortable when sitting. |
Use an unbranded sample in a safe setting. Note a specific finding, such as “the pocket is covered when I sit down”, to compare another shape. This is not a resistance test against hazards or a way to use the apron as PPE.
Check where the logo will be visible
A pocket, fold or counter edge may hide part of the design. Use a paper reference at the intended size to indicate the position on the sample, then check its appearance standing and seated. Confirm feasibility with the customisation workshop afterwards. Keep the approved model, colour, artwork dimensions and position for repeat orders; a front photograph without a scale does not replace these details.
